I live in California I’m saving up for my first house and it’s definitely pretty expensive! But my question to you guys is how much money do you guys think I need to buy a single-family home out of state. A home ranging between 100,000 and 150,000! I’m looking just for a ruff estimate with the down payment, closing costs, and small rehab and emergency funds how much would you guys feel safe with to start looking?!
