Length of rental mortgage
I was curious how most people worked their first few rental mortgages, did you take out a 5,10,15,20+ year mortgage? Once you have more cash flow coming in did your mortgage lengths change? Did you put down the usual 20% down payment? If there are any good articles on this I would appreciate any guidance, thanks in advance!
