Tiny house Airbnb financing

Hello everyone. Me and a friend have land near a lake and want to put a 2-4 tiny houses out there for people to rent out via Airbnb. We need financing since we don’t have money to purchase the tiny homes at the moment. We were looking into our options and was wondering what direction we should go. We thought about a few people we know who may be able to lend us the money as a private loan but we’re curious of how those type of contracts go. Any direction and information would be greatly appreciated
