💰Condo Rental Costs💰

We’re considering investing in some

Condos and wanted to know how others are estimating maintenance costs for condos. I want to be conservative and include maintenance costs but know a lot of the HOA fees cover some portion of what SFR investors would put back for maintenance. All of the condos I'm looking at are well maintained properties. Thanks!
