Hey BiggerPockets fam,

I finally closed on my first investment property (fix & flip) last week here in Georgetown, TX (Austin Area). I must say it was really scary at first when I decided to jump into real estate because I was really inexperienced, but looking at it now I'm glad I did. I made lots of mistakes, but with those mistakes came lessons and learning opportunities.

For my next investment I particularly plan to look into buying another fixer upper or a duplex, not quite BRRRR yet. I'll be looking at the following counties: Travis, Williamson, Bell, and McLennon.

With that being said, I would love to connect with investors, property managers, lenders, agents and anybody else interested and talk about strategizing in Real Estate investing. I know of some good places for coffee or drinks in the Georgetown & Round Rock area.

Let me know and let's make 2021 a great year for Real-Estate Investing!
