you perfect right guys ,sorry I yesterday I wrote a quick question just to see if actually the web site work , anyway I own already 2 single family  property both paid cash , one in Miami Shores on the water for 1 million and the second one close buy Hollywood beach  for 800 k so my budget is this , for the next one around 1 million , but it will be finance this time , any advice ?

The area to invest will depend on how much capital you have and what you are looking to gain.

For anywhere in Miami, you will want to have a lot of starting capital.

thanks for your advice but what I forgot to say is that for the moment and I think for the next 18 months I will be based in London , so I need somethings that give me less headache  possible

What is your end goal? Are you looking to create passive or active income? Miami is an expensive market. You will need a good amount of capital to play in South Florida, or access to a good amount of capital. If you don't, are you willing to house hack? Like @Bradley Sriro and @Nat C. stated, you have to be specific. Not only so we can help answer your question, but so you have clear direction during your real estate journey (Very Important).
