Hello Bigger Pockets Community! I am a new addition to this community. I am looking to purchase in the tough area of Los Angeles. I would appreciate it if any of you fine experienced investors can provide me with any information and or tips that can help me get started. With the country being where it is and how California is handling Covid, and with tenants getting so much, I understand why most would be staying away.
