Biden Administration? Good? Bad? For REI.

For all the most experienced and knowledgeable investors out there what does the new Biden administration mean for REI? Of course no one can answer that definitely. But what are you looking out for? What types of investing could be better in RE? What might be harder or worse under Biden? I know there are some gurus out there who have been through a cycle or two of administrations and know what a change in the White House can mean for the small investor. Thanks for any comments in advance.

Elimination of "Step-up in Basis" is also on the table with Biden's tax plan.

With the current law, the inheritor receives prperty with "step-up" to current market value.

The Biden proposal, the inheritor receives property at ORIGNAL basis with estate tax recognized on date of death....it's a dual tax liability.  It's generational wealth robbery...
