Wholesaling in Canada
Hi guys, I’m new to the group and am trying to soak it all in. I LOVE the podcast. I’ve been casually buying, rehabbing, renting, Airbnb’ing and selling on the side for over 15 years in Montreal, while working full time in sales and HR. I’ve decided that I want to do this full time because I love it so much. Im really good at finding deals and renovating but not so good at dealing with tenants and managing buildings. I’ll be needing funds to pursue this full time as I can imagine qualifying for mortgages isn’t realistic when you’re doing this full time. Any advice is welcome!
