Goodmorning everyone,

I am a newbie in real estate investing, and is interested in investing in multi families 2-4, my goal is to eventually leave my job and focus on investing in real estate. I am located in the Central Valley, here in Fresno, Ca. I have a great amount of cash sitting in the bank that I want to begin to purchase buildings, and accomplish my goals. Any advice or thoughts will be appreciated!

@Rodrigo Cazares Ornelas welcome to the world of RE investing!  I've been doing it since 2012 can tell you that even with the ups and downs for newbie investors, it's totally worth it.  The single piece of advice i give to all first timers is that your first deal is always the hardest one to do, it's only downhill from there.  Just Get through the first one even when you feel like quitting or when it's overwhelming and all will get easier!
