Analysis on Zillow (duplexes)
I am trying to get better at deal analysis. My question is looking at duplexes and if it doesn’t say the rental income as a whole or per unit on the description I look at the zestimate.
For example, I am looking at a rent zestimate of “1595” with an estimated monthly cost of “1151”. It only says how the tenants have b” Ren with us for 20 years”.
This may be a dumb question, but is each unit renting for $797.50/month then? Or does each side bring in the 1595
