Hey guys! Based on my last question and great answers, I've chosen to use an agent on an off market deal. But my question is this, how do I go about asking an agent to do this, how does the pay work and what should I do first? Also, do I choose the closing attorney or does the seller? And what type of questions should I ask the seller if any? Sorry, I know its alot:(
