I Found A Property, Have A Contract In Hand... Now What? :/

So, total newbie question here.  I took a weekend course to learn the basics last week.  I immediately found what seems like a great deal, and I made an offer.  They have accepted the offer and just sent a contract over.  I want to wholesale this one, but I don't have buyers.  I have a couple leads on some buyers, and reached out (yesterday as of the time of writing), but haven't heard back.

I joined some local REI FB groups, but haven't been approved yet to post about this one. I don't want to sign this, when I still don't really know how to get a buyer. What should I do?
