After months of research and educating myself in anyway I can, I have decided to focus (not entirely as I am always open for other opportunities) my attention in the market of Binghamton, NY. I am in search of the best real estate agents, general contractors, property management, lenders in the area. I have a real interest in multi-family housing and student housing.
