Is anyone familiar with or has anyone created a shareable spreadsheet that tracks property values, rental rates, equity, LTV values and other pertinent information that will give one a quick Birdseye glance at their real estate portfolio in one place? I searched the site and can't seem to locate one here.

I designed one that analyzes markets and finds the mico-market at any given time.  Mine is pretty involve understatement) and has developed into Software.

Setting up your own isn't that hard if you know the basics of Excel.  If you don't know Excel, learn it.  It's not hard and a pretty handy software package that can do anything (including graphics).
