Real Estate professionals in Maryland

Hello,

Can anyone please suggest a good Real estate Lawyer and Accountant who specialize in Real estate investor taxes in Maryland. Possibly around, Montgomery, Howard or Baltimore County. 

Also it will be helpful if someone can refer a good reliable and affordable Contractor around Howard/ Baltimore area.

@Dee Hiranwar I can recommend Jeff Stoller of Goodwich Stoller and associates as a CPA without reservation. He not only knows real estate very well he give very good service.  I know a lot of people that use him.

I can give you lots of attorney names but even within real estate there are specialties; collections, landlord tenant law, foreclosures, title work, etc.  One I don't use because of location but I think highly of Michael Gross in Bethesda. In the Baltimore area Anthony Onwuanibe of Golden Trust Title handles lots of different real estate work.  Also Jeff Charlow of masters title and escrow in Towson is good.

You might also try BP member @Tom Gimer. I am not even sure if he is an attorney but he posts good stuff here and he works at Masters Title and Escrow in DC.  All should be easy to find on Google.
