Need your assistance
Hallo everyone,
1 year ago I bought 2 proprieties from a property management.
I decided 2 months ago to sell one of them after the counteract of the tenant ended. I was told by the property management company that I need to take care of some turnover repairs in order to sell it for the same price I bought it.
Since then they tell me that it takes time and it is not looking like they are going to do it (It has been two months).
I am frustrated and do not know what to do. I live overseas.
I would appreciate if you could advise me what to do.
Thanks.
