Cash out Refinance Question
I've just finished converting my primary residence to a 2 family home and about to refinance and get some money out to purchase another multifamily homes. This would be the first time I'm refinancing so I was thinking of just going to bankrate.com, punch in my info and see what banks gives me the best rate/closing fee .
I'm curious to know your process for finding the right bank is when shopping for cash out refi. thx.
