This is my first post on BP and I'm excited to see the responses I receive!
My name is Jared Davis and I am a new real estate investor in the Brevard County, Florida area. Two months ago I started an LLC and acquired a 2/2 condo in Cocoa Beach to flip. The full top-down renovation is about 2 weeks out and I hope to have the property listed in 3 weeks to close ASAP. I bought the condo for $76,000 cash and put about $24,000 in renovations into it. As of now, we have a buyer interested in the property for $150,000. My first flip has been incredibly exciting and I can't wait to keep going and learn more about the world of Real Estate Investing.
Also, feel free to share any tips/advice for a rookie investor or insight into the real estate market in Florida!
Good work on your deal. I have a rehab down in Indialantic, that has been ongoing for several months. I have done a lot of deals, and always learn something new. Share your lessons learned, when you have time.

Great job Jared. My wife and I are new investors as well and getting our LLC done this coming week. We are also targeting to do flips in Brevard county and open to share and learn from others in our area. Feel free to reach out.
