Looking for syndication or crowdfunding investment in Arizona
Hey everyone, I've been trying to find deals in the Phoenix metro market for a while. It's such a sellers market that I can't make the numbers work on anything I look at. I have investment dollars. Hi @John Bowler. It can be tough to find deals in the Phoenix Metro area. We mostly invest in the East Valley but we are doing one flip in Phoenix that we just started this past week. Are you mainly looking for buy and hold investments in Arizona or are you looking for any flips? We have been finding our deals either from Realtor.com, Zillow.com, my partner's advertising as a realtor, wholesalers, and we picked up one from the auction. Over the past few years we have built a system of flipping and right now we have about 8 flips going from Arizona City to Apache Junction to Phoenix.
