What do you know about Orlando?
From what I gather, there is a lot of demand for houses. Wholesalers tell me that deals are hard to come by. This means that rehab deals are harder to find, and probably impossible at 70%.
What are your opinions on the Orlando market? Are there outlying areas that I could focus on such as DeLand or Kissimmee?
