Financing Through SBA?

Has anybody ever heard of the SBA giving a loan to a start up llc? For example we are buying a building 3 store fronts and 3 apts attached to it and the contract is for 20 months, after that we have to refi with a bank. I no that lots of banks want u to have 2 yrs of tax returns and we wont quite be at the two years yet. So im wondering if the SBA could assist with the pay off loan
