How to structure cash/sweat equity?

I would love some feedback from those who have structured cash/sweat equity deals. The scenario is as follows:

2 parties involved with the ability to contribute 50% of the cash each. One of the parties has found the deal and will be building and managing the project which is outside of the country as well as managing on an ongoing basis. How would you advise to do an equity split given the one partner will be doing all of the work.

Thanks in advance!
