Any DC or MD Experts Willing to Look at my Scope of Work?

Hi all,

I'm going to attempt my first flip in PG County, MD. Are there any experts/GCs on the forums from the DC area who would be willing to take a look at a SOW and suggest labor prices? It's a detailed excel spreadsheet along with an annex with diagrammed photos.

I realize that a contractor won't be able to give a final estimate without seeing the property, but I am essentially wanting to get a rough estimate of what labor (not material costs) would be for tasks like laying hardwood, etc. Once I get that I can know what I should roughly offer for the property.

Please let me know if you might be willing to help and I can email the SOW and annex (Or is there a way to post on BP?).

Thanks,

Tim L. Ord-Iaccheo
