Finding Deals In a New Market

Team- I just moved to Boston, so I am in a completely new RE market. Every time I take a drive, I try to study the types of housing, apartments, shopping centers, for sale signs, FSBO, etc. I also constantly look on zillow, trulia, realtors.com, etc for the listings around me to try and get a sense of what the pricing in the market is like. My goal is to start buying multi family homes in this area and would love to get some feedback from the BP community on some methods that have worked when researching a new market. Also, can anyone recommend a good website to get lists of FSBO's?

Thank you!
