Hello everyone! My name is Stepfon and I have recently moved to the state of Washington. Anyone have any advice or ideas on the area such as best areas to invest in? I'm mostly looking to wholesale properties. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First thing to ask is what part of Washington?  The two sides are vastly different.
