I was wondering if there's anyone who knows of a title company in the Seattle-Tacoma area is willing to do a back-to-back closing.
I have the funding to do it, as well as a couple of properties.

www.oldschooltitle.com has a very good reputation from what I've heard.I emailed several questions to them and they responded quickly and seem willing to help.

Old School has a good reputation for understanding back-to-back deals. You may find lower fees with a mid-sized local company or you might also check Stewart or First American.
