Interest in forming a Meetup in Western Maryland

Hello fellow RE investors and professionals! Is there any interest in forming a meetup for Western Maryland? I know that there is an REIA Group in Hagerstown which has a good speaker series, but I was thinking of a more discussion based group that could meet regularly to discuss ideas, experiences and topics of specific interest as decided by the group.

I would be happy to do the organizing. I am located in Hagerstown, MD and we could use my office conference room for meetings. Let me know if this is something that would be of interest and I will get it started!
