Window Units in Rental for Central AC ?
I need some advice please, on what other Investors have to say about just putting in a few Window Units vs a New AC unit ( if it needs it )
The properties around where I'm looking to Invest..... I'd say half , have Window Units, and they Rent without any problems from hat I've seen ( I keep tabs on a property that's listed for Rent ) and how long it's on the market.... Usually not long, and these houses have Window Units
If I purchase my next Property and it needs a New AC Unit ( $3,000 ) , I'd rather just opt for 3 Window Units ( $800 - $1,000 ), since it'll be a Rental and that houses in the same neighborhood with window units seem to rent for top dollar and without a problem
Thank you for other's opinions
