How to reach an owner via social media – no number published

I am a new investor with 2 deals done in Baltimore, MD.

The first one has been rehabbed and almost ready to list for rent. The second needs to be rehabbed – looking for hard money lenders to complete the second I’ve been holding onto for a couple of months. One of the issues is that the rowhome next door had a fire (no damage was done to ours) but who would want to live next to a home that has had fire damage and unsecured. I want to purchase the place from the current owners so I can rehab two at the same time. I found the owners online through social media. I’m just not sure how to approach them. They have no phone number published and the principal residence is the one that was damaged and unlived in. Any suggestions?
