Interest Rates.
I'm currently looking to refinance my condo from Va to conventional. This will allow me to free up the 0 down Va so I can buy later this year. I've been talking to numerous lenders and they all say different rates. Any guild lines I should follow when shopping for the best rate on an investment property?
