Fulton County Georgia - County Records

Hi BP, can anyone in the community point me to the correct place to check ownership on a property?  I'm currently at http://qpublic9.qpublic.net/ga_search_dw.php?count...

Am looking up a property that a JV partner and I purchased several months ago and it's still listed under the previous owner's name. Does it normally take the county this long to process deed transfers? And where can I find where the deed & mortgages are recorded, after extensive search I came up blank.

Many thanks.

The website GSCCCA.ORG has all the information you need - all liens, title info, deeds, etc. Yes, there is a charge...if you do the search from your home, and need a monthly membership. Instead, go to the courthouse - all the information is free for public use there.
