I was seeking some advice from an seasoned investor. I'm currently 27, I own 2 property one I rent out I purchased at 25 I stayed there for 2yrs saved my money and built my credit in the mean time.I recently just moved an purchased an property an after appraisal I have 7k in equity in it from the start. Now I'm currently putting an plan together what should be my next move.Any advance? P.S. The first property I bought cash second I have an mortgage...thanks for the replys in advance
