Letter or phone call?
May seem like an odd question, but when you have people's addresses and phone numbers, do you prefer calling, or sending letters?
Letters are less obtrusive and give the receiver time to think (which can be good and bad), where as phone calls may save time and initaite contact quicker.
I've been pulling up vacant owner contacts from white pages and property database and alot of the home phone numbers are easy to find, as well as trace any owners of LLC's
