Hubzu - Friend or Foe?

Has anyone purchased a property from Hubzu lately? I think their reserve is getting too high where you are better off buying in a traditional market. I also noticed a lot of them now you would need to evict the occupants. Also, if you try to call them, you get their voice mail everytime somewhere in India. If do talk to them, their language is very difficult to understand. I guess it's just cheap labor for Corporate, forget about providing excellent customer service. I've purchased two from theim within a year and would order a Binder Policy for title, so when I sell it I would have coverage with their insurance. But, their Title Company is terrible! When you need something recorded, it takes up to 3 or 4 days. You are better off using your own but would need to pay for it rather than the Seller. Please share your experience with me, good or bad. Thanks
