Hello All, I own a couple multi families that I rent out, but still consider myself a novice real estate investor when I look at the big picture. I recently closed on my second multi family that I described above and while I'm cash flowing around 20%, it's still frustrating how competitive MLS deals are. I'm interested in finding off market deals where I can negotiate directly with the owners/motivated seller myself and remove the two middle men real estate agents. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. -Neil
