Need a SDIRA Partner for More Deals

I am looking for some private money lenders to help me acquire more properties for my business.  Where is the best place to look/is there anyone on here that does this exclusively?  I already have come across a few properties that I would like to strategize but can't even think about it without a SDIRA partner or something.
