Minneapolis Plumber / Plumbing quote

Hello Minneapolis,

I have a friend that was quoted for $1200 for labor and plumbing material (not the sink) to replace a sink in a commercial property. The company quoted 5 hours worth of work. To me this quote seems exaggerated. Could anyone tell me if this is too much and if so how much one should pay? I feel like this job should be very simple seeing that their is an existing working sink. Any recommend plumbers would be great...... Thank you
