Want help with Comps (MLS & Tax) in Phoenix, AZ?

Hi BP,

Do you need MLS & tax comps in Maricopa County (greater Phoenix area)? On a recent podcast someone said if a person was new to investing then they should offer to run comps and go look at neighborhoods/houses for experienced investors; so that's what I'm doing.

Quickest way to engage with me:

• Text me at 602.300.6916 with your name, that you found me on BP, requesting comps for property address, and your email address (this way I don't transpose information when I write it down)
• I'll call you back asap to discuss any specifics
• We can either screen share my laptop and I can walk through comps with you live or I can email you the comps in pdf format
• I'm happy to drive a neighborhood, visit a house, and provide pics or videos - as long as my schedule permits and it's not too far
