I have been a member of bigger pockets since October but have yet to connect with other investors in the area through this website. I am looking to meet with others who are ACTIVELY investing now. I deal with a lot of properties every month, and although most of what I find is off market, I do not know enough people to work on what I find. I've been having difficulty working with others who are wanting to invest now. I am usually at the area meet-ups and do have a steady list of seasoned investors that I network with but want to meet new people to the area or new to REI. I find that the more people I keep in contact with the better I can read the pulse of the market.
