Best software for tracking payments, taxes on rentals

I actually sell on owner finance but still need to track insurance and tax payments. I use Apartments.com for collecting payments from the buyer. What software is good for staying on top of due dates for everything else?

what do you mean when you say "staying on top of due dates?"

do you want the software to collect for you, or just track all of the information?
