US Minimum Rental Down Payment
Does anyone know if it’s possible to purchase a rental in the US with a 5% down payment? I’m aware it’s quite easy if it’s owner occupied for a year, same with Canada, although there are loopholes we’ve used here in order to not have to stay in the home for a year. Wondering if it’s the same in the states. Any help would be really appreciated
