Do investors get home inspections?
I have a question for investors: as seasoned investors, do you pay for a home inspection? Why or why not? How does that home inspection help you come up with a quote for the deferred maintence in a property?
Thanks!

Everybody should get a Home Inspection...even Home Inspectors should get a Home Inspection :-)
I mean, for only $4-500 you get a fresh set of eyes on the house that could save you thousands.
But you do need a really good Inspector. Then use their report to generate a Scope Of Work to get a Contractor(s) to bid on.
