Hi all,

I need a dscr loan but here is the situation.

I want the loan to be in my wifes name, but I have the funds in my bank account.

Could my money be used as the funds?

Yes, you can use funds from a spouse's bank account. If you planned to use funds from a source that's not a spouse, most lenders will require that funds have "seasoned" (been in the bank account) for at least 60 days, but not all of them do.
