Investments brrrr or flip
Hey giys i have a question.. i want to do this 2 3 months with hard loan money my first brrrr but my question how i can do the right brrrr so i can get most of my money back and live some cash flow i know i will have equity no matter what!!! I know how its work what i need to looking for on paper yes.. but i know also in the reality it's shuld be the same just with the right number... so i want to know if you suggest me to do flip or brrrr i prefer brrrr.... i also thought to take margate after i do the rff 5 year intrest rate only and then i will hope to do rff again with better rate maybe maybe!!
