Contractor responsibility or mine?

Contractor updated our master bathroom and during the electrical work, power was lost in another room of the house.  They came back to restore power to the other room and now the outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work, lol.  They want us to pay $700 for the electrician but it seems unfair that we have to pay to fix something that they “broke” and still isn’t working properly (outlet in bathroom not working).  We have used this contractor for several projects and they do good work and might need them for another. Would you A. pay the $700 on the condition they also get the bathroom outlet working B. Fight to pay nothing?
