MURPHY, NC AREA

Has anyone had success in this area? STR's are more affordable in this market compared to their neighbors 30 mins south in the Blue Ridge areas. I am looking for areas that are not so saturated that could become areas that draw more vacation or short term renters. I know there is a casino in Murphy and not that far from Blue Ridge and even Bryson City.
