Making Low Offer on bad condition house
I’m currently looking at a house listed for 200k in a market where it is not worth that. Plus the house is nearly a tear down. I want to offer 100k and try to get it for no more than 120k. The house has been sitting for 256 days. Any advice on how to approach making this offer?
