Best Turnkey SFR Companies

Tim Cavanagh
Posted

Can someone offer their insight on the best turnkey SFR companies to work with?

I'm preparing to do a 1031 exchange, live in the Portland area, but DO NOT want to reinvest here. As such, I need a company with a turnkey, out of market offering who I can work with to build out my portfolio.

I've done a fair bit of research but cannot see a clearcut leader in this space. Companies I've looked at:

Rent to Retirement - Limited inventory.

Roofstock - Seems to be the biggest, but I cannot get anyone to call me back.

Norada - Limited research, but seem to have a good offering.

REI Nation - Very little information.

I would really appreciate anyone who has some perspective on this subject. Thank you!

HI @Tim Cavanagh!

If you search all of those turnkey providers in the BP forums, you will find countless posts with this same question. I would start there to get a better feel for each one.

I personally went with Rent to Retirement and had a great experience (see post below).

Happy to share more or answer any questions you may have about my experience!

Best,

Joe
