I hope you all had a great start to the new year!

Like me, I am sure there are many of you who are curious to why others started their journey in the REI space.

I would love to learn more from you all and hear your stories!

- What made you start real estate investing?
- Why did you choose the first location that you did?
- What investment type in REI do you enjoy the most?

Looking forward to reading these and chatting with you all.

I started because I wanted to build some sort of lasting empire, I chose Denver because I live here (that was my first big mistake), and I started with Mid-term Rentals but I really enjoy short term.
